For more than 18 years we have been working with corporate, government and non-profit organizations to develop and integrate their brands into all areas of business through strategy, communications and process and organizational improvement.  We employ a small staff who work together with a longtime association of more than 40 consulting specialists, agencies, production companies, research groups, IT groups, universities, scientists and others.  We specialize in bringing together the right group of experts to create programs that deliver strong results.

Conrod Associates Communications was founded by David Conrod in 1995 and quickly evolved into a group of experienced and dedicated experts who believe that building and managing a strong brand is the most important asset for an organization.

DAVID CONROD, FOUNDER & CEO:

 

David has more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience.  He began his career in journalism and moved into the corporate environment taking a communications position with Anheuser-Busch Companies and quickly moved through the ranks.  After 10 years with the company, David struck out on his own to create a brand and strategic communications company anchored in the belief that every experience people have with an organization is an opportunity to create loyal brand ambassadors. David has successfully helped organizations build and communicate their brands at home and around the world.  His focus is on the creativity, strategy and logistics required to help clients develop, implement and support competitive brands.

ELIZABETH SEELY USISKIN, SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST

 

Liz has a proven track record in marketing, communications and sales strategies, including branding, marketing, strategic communications, merger-acquisitions, downsizing, presentation development and delivery, event management, and sales and service strategies.  Earlier in her career Liz spent 11 years in sales and marketing with MCI Telecommunications, Inc. Her job responsibilities included marketing, internal and external communications, research, recognition, public relations, advertising and incentive programs, major organizational events, branding and sales strategies and support.

 

ALEX ECHOLS, SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL STRATEGIST

 

Alex brings more than 25 years of experience in helping industry, landowners, the conservation community and government deliver more conservation for their dollar invested.   He began his environmental career on Capital Hill, where he worked for 12 years and delivered numerous key environmental innovations like the Conservation Title of the Farm Bill, department for nature swaps, and an extensive rewrite of bilateral and multilateral foreign aid programs, and has continued his success working for trade associations and conservation and environmental organizations.  Alex is particularly skilled at developing and implementing strategic programs that deliver higher values in conservation.

 

DAVE WHITE, SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL STRATEGIST

Dave has over 33 years of professional leadership experience in natural resource conservation with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).  Dave was Chief of the Agency from January 2009 to December 2012, where he led, directed, and managed the nation’s largest private lands natural resource conservation organization. NRCS has an annual budget of $4.2 billion, employs almost 12,000 conservation and business operations professionals, and works out of 2,900 offices across the United States and its territories. Dave extensive experience in overseeing complex resource protection programs, working with diverse interests, developing and moving conservation legislation, and providing leadership for the successful implementation of natural resource goals.

 

DAVE HOLLY, SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIST

 

Dave has over 20 years of experience growing small to midsize businesses in marketing, sales and general management. His hands on and engaging style has built solid businesses in the cable and telecommunications markets that have gone on to thrive on the foundation Dave built.  During Dave’s career he has overseen over 100 products launched into markets around the globe, with numerous establishing the #1 position in the market.  He is also known for cultivating and developing his team many who have become successful general managers, executives, and presidents. As President of Eagle Management Group he has assembled a team dedicated to helping businesses and organizations grow and prosper.

 

CHRIS PAOLUCCI, MULTIMEDIA SERVICES & WEB DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

 

Chris is an experienced multimedia developer who leads a creative team of talented web development specialists.  He is particularly skilled at bringing together multimedia and web development to deliver dynamic content and websites for clients.   Chris has travelled the globe shooting and editing video for corporate and nonprofit clients.  His focus is to develop intuitive web properties that communicate compelling stories.

 

LISA MOODY, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, DIRECTOR & WRITER

 

Lisa is an award winning producer and writer of multi- and new-media, including long-form: documentary-style and network/cable series; and short-form: commercials, interstitials, PSAs. She also has vast experience in developing creative web content, print, radio, brochures and educational materials.  Her experience includes working with ad agencies, nonprofit, network and cable broadcast, government and healthcare industries.  In addition, Lisa is President/CEO of The Paper Airplanes Project, a non-profit corporation she founded to develop innovative tools and products to assist families of children with cancer in addressing the emotional aspects of their illness.  She serves as Consultant at Ringling College of Art and Design as well as adjunct faculty, instructing TV Concept Development.  She is the recipient of numerous awards, including Telly and ADDY ® Awards, as well as an EMMY ® Award and three EMMY ® nominations.

 

SUE LOMENZO, SENIOR SOCIAL & ENVIRONMENTAL COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST

 

For more than 20 years, Sue has been putting the power of strategic communications to work to strengthen the impact of organizations advancing positive social and environmental solutions.  Her focus is on brand development and customized communications strategies that directly support program and overarching organizational goals. From regional, national and international nonprofits to foundations, associations, and corporations, Sue has experience working with a wide variety of clients.

 

STEVE KALLAN, SENIOR FINANCE & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIST

 

Steve is a finance and organization development professional with over 30 years of experience in working with nonprofits and corporations. He specializes in helping organizations function at their highest potential.  Steve is experienced in leading initiatives in measurable program design, strategic planning and marketing, financial management, organization development and information systems. His focus is on action-oriented problem solving and overcoming cultural and communication barriers.

 

BRYAN ARMINIO, SENIOR MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST

 

Bryan Arminio has been producing rich multimedia for a diverse array of clients for ten years.  With extensive experience in videography, editing, motion graphics, presentation audio/video and webcasting, Bryan has delivered superb multimedia services for such clients as JDSU, Network Solutions, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Washington Redskins and the Smithsonian Institution. When not working, chances are Bryan can be found at the nearest karaoke bar, hogging the microphone.
